Noel and SueAnn Wing of Johnstown announce the engagement of their daughter, AnnaMaria Wing, to Jared Goderie, the son of Peter Goderie and Sandra Vosburgh of Johnstown.
Wing, who is a 2006 graduate of Johnstown High School, received a bachelor's degree in English with certification in secondary English and special education from Nazareth College in 2010. She is pursuing a master's degree in educational theory from the University at Albany. She is employed as a high school English teacher in the Oppenheim-Ephratah School District.
Goderie, who is a 2005 graduate of Johnstown High School, received a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from SUNY Plattsburgh, Clinton County. He is employed at Goderie's Tree Farm.
