SCARBOROUGH, Maine (AP) - The Hannaford Supermarket chain, which has stores in Gloversville and Amsterdam, is alerting its customers to a recall of meatball products that could be contaminated by listeria.
The products are Homestyle Meatballs with Sauce, sold by the pound; Meatball Panini, cold, UPC No. 941260723096; and Meatball Panini, hot, UPC No. 94126072102.
A market spokesman says customers who bought any of these products should not eat them, but return them to Hannaford for a full refund.
