More trespassing charges at park

CANAJOHARIE - The village police charged more people late last month with trespassing at Wintergreen?Park and Canajoharie Falls.

On?June 27, Alessi M. Semprivivo, 22, of Tribes Hill and Amber M. Williamson, 23, of Fonda, were charged with trespassing.

Police said both of them were swimming inside the Canajoharie Falls area at the park.

The duo was issued tickets to Village Court.

On June 28, Raymond Hickok, Michael Lekkas, Patrick Fragomeni and Derek Fragomeni, all 18 and from?Albany, were charged with trespassing. Police said all four were found swimming at the base of the falls.

Police said a search of Lekkas' backpack revealed he had a marijuana pipe and a few small plastic bags of marijuana.

Lekkas also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and issued a ticket.

On June 29, Samuel L. Sagendorph, 19, of Delanson, and Rachel M.?Lynch, 19, of Schenectady, were charged with trespassing.

Police said both were found swimming at the base of the falls.

Police said both were arraigned in front of the Village Judge. Both plead guilty and each paid a $250 fine and was released, police said.

Also on?June 29, Jameson L. Perrotti, 38, and Johnnie L. Venzke, 42, both of Sharon?Springs, were each charged with trespassing and issued tickets to Village Court.

Police said officers located both of them inside the no-trespassing area of the falls.

Perrotti also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and issued a ticket.

Police said a search of a cooler bag revealed a marijuana pipe and a small clear bottle filled with marijuana.
