Meghann Summerfield, daughter of Tim and Cindy Summerfield of Nelliston, was united in marriage to Sean Azlin, son of Dan and Cheryl Azlin of Sammamish, Wash., at 4 p.m. Sept. 18, 2011.
The ceremony took place at Mallozzi's Restaurant, Schenectady, and was officiated by Russell Spittler, grandfather of the groom.
The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Ruslana Agusevich of Bellevue, Wash. friend of the bride. The bridesmaids were Heather Morgan of Sammamish, Wash., cousin of the groom; Krista Karmo and Anneli Karmo of Waterford, Saratoga County, and Rachel Pakenas of Amsterdam, cousins of the bride.
The best man was Eric Miller of King of Prussia, Pa., friend of the groom. The groomspeople were Portia Plante, of Seattle, Liz Michaud of San Francisco, and Brendan Duffey of Boxford, Mass., all friends of the groom, and Matthew Summerfield of Nelliston, brother of the bride.
A reception for 100 guests was held at Mallozzi's.
A wedding trip was to Walt Disney World in Florida. The couple resides in Issaquah, Wash.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Fort Plain High School and a 2006 graduate of Ithaca College with a doctoral degree in physical therapy. She is employed by Supplemental Health Care in Federal Way, Wash.
The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Pingree School in South Hamilton, Mass., and a 2007 graduate of RIT, with a bachelor of science degree in software engineering. He is employed by Microsoft in Redmond, Wash.
