JOHNSTOWN -A Gloversville man pleaded guilty Tuesday in Fulton County Court to one count of felony driving while intoxicated, and faces state prison.
Brett Lair, 49, pleaded guilty before Judge Polly A. Hoye. Sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but he is expected to receive one to three years in state prison.
