MAYFIELD - A 53-year-old man was charged by Fulton County sheriff's deputies Tuesday because of a fight at a local bar in Driftwood Park.
Deputies said Robert L. Carter of 201 County Highway 146, Gloversville, was charged with two counts of third-degree assault.
He was charged in connection with a June 29 incident, deputies said. Deputies said Carter assaulted two patrons of Wally's Bar on Vandenburgh Point Road.
Carter will appear later in Town Court.
