Jillian Suchy, the daughter of William and Laurene Suchy of Perth, was united in marriage to Matthew Kenna, the son of Bonnie Kenna of Fort Johnson, at 2 p.m. Oct. 1, 2011.
The ceremony took place at St. Joseph's Church, Broadalbin. Deacon Daniel Quinn of Johnstown, cousin of the bride, officiated.
The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Lynnae Kettler of Troy, Rensselaer County, cousin of the bride. The bridal attendants were Courtney Buchanan of Gloversville, Megan Hallenbeck of Amsterdam and Jaymi Galpin of Georgia. The flower girl was Kaylee Carson of North Carolina, niece of the bridegroom.
The best man was Chad Kenna of Canton, St. Lawrence County, brother of the bridegroom. The ushers were Juan Montalvo, Michael Willmott, and Rob Narcavage, all of Amsterdam. The ringbearers were Allen Kenna of Canton and Kamen Carson of North Carolina, nephews of the bridegroom.
A reception for 199 guests took place at the Johnstown Moose.
A wedding trip took place in Cancun, Mexico.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School; a 2008 graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Clinton County. She is employed at the Fulton County Department of Social Services.
The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Amsterdam High School. He is employed at General Electric as a fireman.
