GLOVERSVILLE - People will celebrate the Fourth of July at local fireworks shows throughout the week.
Here is a schedule of some of the fireworks displays:
Tonight
Peck's Lake at dusk, off Route 29, Gloversville. Free.
Tuesday
Pine Lake Park at 9:30 p.m. -136 Timberline Lane, Caroga Lake. Admission to the beach costs $3. Children ages 2 and younger will be admitted for free.
Shuttleworth Park, after the Amsterdam Mohawks game, Amsterdam. The general admission cost at the game is $5.
Fort Plain's Fourth on the Third, 9:45 p.m. Free admission.
Wednesday
Lanzi's on the Lake Restaurant & Marina at 9:30 p.m., 1751 Route 30, Mayfield. Free admission.
Friday
Sandy Cove at 9:30 p.m., Piseco. Free admission.
Caroga Creek Raceway, Route 10, Ephratah, following racing which begins at 7 p.m. The admission for the races is $3.
Saturday
Northville Doin's from 9 to 9:30 p.m., Northville. Free admission.
Speculator from 9 to 9:30 p.m. Speculator. Free admission.
Sunday
Glen Ridge Motorsports Park, Fultonville, following racing which begins at 6 p.m. The admission for the races is $10.
Sport Island Pub at dusk, 108 Riverside Blvd., Northville. Free admission.
