BROADALBIN -A 47-year-old woman was charged Wednesday by Fulton County sheriff's deputies with several counts, including aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Deputies said Kimberly A. Wager, no address listed, was charged with aggravated DWI - having a greater than 0.18 percent blood-alcohol content, felony DWI and unsafe backing.
Deputies said she was charged at 9:52 p.m. in the parking lot of the Broadalbin Hotel after an accident in the village. She was intoxicated at the time, deputies said. She had a prior conviction for DWI in 2006, deputies said.
Wager was arraigned in Town Court before Justice Paul Giudilli, who sent her to Fulton County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
Wager is set to return to Village Court in July.
