BETHLEHEM - Three men were sent to Albany County Jail without bail after state police at Albany discovered heroin, cocaine and marijuana in a vehicle being driven on the Thruway by Herberto Nadal Osorio of Amsterdam at 2:30 a.m. Monday.
Nadal Osorio, 20, and passengers Christopher J. Vasquez, 20, of Schenectady and Jose H. Ramirez, 19, of Puerto Rico were each charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance - while Vazquez also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana - after police found 1,050 decks (0.06 of a gram) of heroin, 41.5 grams of cocaine, and five grams of marijuana with the three suspects.
