John Briskie Sr., 52, of Gloversville, passed away suddenly at home on June 25, 2012.
He was born in Gloversville, N.Y., on Feb. 29, 1960. John was an avid logger in the area for most of his life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
He was survived by: his wife, Diane Wadsworth Briskie; son John Briskie Jr.; and two daughters, Jennifer and Sarah Briskie; mother, Ilene Buseck; six sisters, Cheryl, Pam, Janet, Vicky, Martha and Sandy; one brother; Louis Buseck.
He was predeceased by his father, Edward Briskie; brothers, Wally Buseck, Mike Briskie and Larry Buseck.
