FONDA - A 28-year-old Amsterdam woman was arrested by Montgomery County sheriff's deputies and charged with threatening to injure a cable company employee after the woman became upset about a past-due cable bill, deputies said.
Deputies said they charged Rashaunah Lynnette Brown, 28, of 15 Grant Ave., with harassment after she threatened to "jump over the counter" and "beat" an employee while Brown was at the Amsterdam office of Time-Warner Cable.
Brown was arraigned in Amsterdam Town Court where she pleaded guilty to the charge, police said.
