JOHNSTOWN - Fulton County Sheriff Thomas Lorey on Monday announced that Sgt. David Curtis of Northville, a 19-year corrections officer with the county, will be appointed the Fulton County Jail's new administrator, effective July 16.
Lorey told the Board of Supervisors' Public Safety Committee on Monday that Curtis will be promoted to captain.
