Carr leads Colonials over Bulldogs

JOHNSTOWN - Nick Carr threw for three touchdowns, leading the Glove Cities Colonials to a Northeastern Football Alliance win over the Cortland Bulldogs on Saturday at Knox Field.

Carr also rushed for 89 yards and Jason Quinn caught two touchdown passes and collected 42 yards. Carr went 8-for-18 for 156 yards.

Seth Lambert also scored on a 76-yard interception return.

Defensivley, Devon Gayton had five tackles. Lambert had two interceptions.

The Colonials (4-0) will host the Troy Fighting Irish, also unbeaten, on Saturday night at Knox Field. Troy defeated the Utica Yard Dawgs, 31-7, on Saturday night.
