Sally Margaret Cook, age 77, a long-time resident of the Adirondack Foothills passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Focus Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Utica. Sally will be welcomed in Heaven by her Lord and Savior, her husband Milo of 23 years, her son Robert, siblings, parents, and friends with open arms and eternal love.
Born on June 2, 1935, in Rockwood, NY, Sally was an accomplished song writer, wife, and mother; all of which brought her great joy and happiness.
Sally worked as a waitress at Saltsman's Hotel in Ephratah for over a decade. Sally was a born nurturer and spent many of her active adult years caring for others as a Home Health Aide.

Sally was outgoing, funny, compassionate, and playfully sarcastic at times. She was adored and loved by all that knew her.
She is survived by her daughter Brenda and son-in-law Steve who reside in Arizona, her son Michael who resides in Florida and five grandsons and three great granddaughters.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 26 at 1 p.m. at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home, Inc., 215 East Main Street, Johnstown with Rev. Cynthia Van Allen officiating. Family and friends may call prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Ephratah Rural Cemetery, Ephratah.
