AMSTERDAM - A rib barbecue dinner supporting the Amen Place Soup Kitchen and St. Luke's Evangelical Church will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the church, 24 Pine St.
The meals include either a half-rack of barbecue ribs, (approximately 1 pound) for $10 or a full-rack dinner (approximately 2 pounds) for $15. Meals also include baked beans, corn, applesauce, coleslaw, roll/butter and dessert.
The barbecue dinners will be offered as takeout or delivery by calling 843-2636 or the church office at 843-2401, a news release said.
