BOCES official to head Fonda-Fultonville

June 17, 2012
The Leader Herald

FONDA - The Fonda-Fultonville Central School District Board of Education is scheduled to vote Monday to appoint BOCES Superintendent Patrick Michel as the interim school superintendent at no charge, BOCES has announced.

Michel will replace Superintendent James Hoffman, who is leaving to become the superintendent at the Averill Park Central School District.

Michel, superintendent of the Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery Board of Cooperative Educational Services, will serve at no cost to the Fonda-Fultonville district while it searches for a new full-time superintendent, according to a BOCES news release.

More on this story will appear in Monday's print edition of The Leader-Herald.
