AMSTERDAM - City police today released the names of seven area residents arrested Saturday after allegedly failing to disperse during a fight on Bayard Street that involved about 15 people, with dozens more watching.
Peter L. Faboskay, 36, of 1795 County Highway 107, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and harassment after police said he kicked an officer.
Nicholas Faboskay, 16, of 51 Bayard St., was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after police said he refused to stop fistfighting with Kit J. Marcellino, 26, of 223 W. Main St.
Marcellino was charged with disorderly conduct, along with Timothy D. Faboskay, 24, of 197 Waite Road; John Michael DiMezza, 23, of 110 Auriesville Road, Fultonville; Matthew J. Faboskay, 174 Pioneer St.; and William J. Brooks, 22, of 122 Ramsey Road, Broadalbin.
Police said all suspects were released.
