Please add my voice to those of Fulton County Clerk William Eschler and Northville Central School District Superintendent Kathy Dougherty ("Agency facing lawsuits," May 15).
In my opinion, Fulton County is breaking the law and employing a double standard as a "legal strategy" by not covering the regulating district's delinquent taxes for the Great Sacandaga Lake area school districts while making the towns and villages whole. Fulton County government is shirking its responsibility. Adjectives such as "embarrassing" and "misguided" come to mind.
