JOHNSTOWN - The city Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 3:45 p.m. Thursday in the Common Council Chambers at City Hall, 33-41 E. Main St.
The board will discuss a request from Verizon Wireless, at 225 N. Comrie Ave., to install a free-standing sign.
