GLOVERSVILLE - A city teen is facing charges after admitting to secretly recording footage of an undressed woman in her bedroom.
Joshua A. Kilmartin, 17, of 25 Jay St., was charged at 10:40 a.m. Sunday with one count of felony second-degree unlawful surveillance.
Police said the victim's family considered Kilmartin a friend and allowed him to stay at their house frequently.
Police did not release the victim's private residence or identity.
As police questioned Kilmartin, they said, he admitted to intentionally recording the woman undressed in her bedroom.
He was arrested and held pending arraignment.
