GALWAY - Sylvia McFarlane belted a home run and Shyann Logan had a double for the Lady Cougars as they held off a seventh-inning rally for the WAC North win.

AMSTERDAM -The Amsterdam Lady Rams celebrated senior night with a Big 10 win over Albany.
The four senior members of the team - Amanda Mullarkey, Aelyn Romelski, Courtney Rosser and Victoria Vogel - combined for eight hits.
Mullarkey had three singles, while Vogel and Romelski had two singles apiece and Rosser connected for a double. Ashley Przybylowicz had two singles and a home run for Amsterdam.
Lady Rams pitcher Michela Puglisi allowed four hits and struck out five.
