Joseph B. Higgins-Turner, 14, of Fultonville, N.Y., passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday evening, April 24, 2012, with his loving family by his side. The son of Faith B. Moore and Karl S. Higgins-Turner, he was born in Upland, Pennsylvania, on April 1, 1998.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday evening, April 30, 2012, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Jackson & Betz Funeral Home, 15 Main Street Fultonville, NY 12072. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
