COLONIE - The Albany Legends defeated the Gary (IN) Splash 118-108 in an Independent Basketball Association game at Christian Brothers Academy for their seventh consecutive win on the season to remain undefeated Saturday.
Albany was led by Gloversville graduate E.J. Gallup, who erupted in the second half to finish with a game and career-high 45 points on the strength of 12-for-17 shooting from 3-point range. Gallup scored 31 of his 45 points in the second half.
Amsterdam graduate T.J. Czeski scored two points for the Legends.
Leading Gary was Marcus Jackson who scored 33 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
The Legends will host the Kankakee County Soldiers on Friday at CBA at 7 p.m.
