The Leader Herald

JOHNSTOWN - The following events are for the Johnstown 50 Plus Club, housed in the Shirley J. Luck Senior Citizens Center, 109 E. Main St.

On Thursday, the club will have its business meeting at 1:15 p.m. at the center. The meeting is informational and all are welcome. Refreshments will be served and all anniversaries and birthdays for the month will be honored.

On March 7, at 10 a.m. all the people going on the April cruise to Bermuda should plan to come to this meeting to be ready to go on the cruise. Anyone who has not yet done the online boarding pass can do so on this day with the use of the center's computers. Any questions can be addressed at that time.

On March 8, at 1:15 p.m. the club is planning a game day. They will play "The Price is Right" and prizes will be given out.

There still are a few seats left on the bus for the Irish show at Turning Stone Casino. People from other senior centers can join the group.

There are nine trips in the works with more to come. Stop by the center and pick up a trip sheet or speak to a staff member for more information. There is a trip to the Finger Lakes for an overnight stay being planned.

Call or stop by the center for information about the upcoming events and trips.
