BROADALBIN - A woman is facing a felony charge after state police said she was driving without a license while under the influence of drugs.
Kimberly A. Barnett, 35, of Broadalbin was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Creek Road in the town and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
She also was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.
She was released on an appearance ticket.
