Joseph and Karen Ford of Fonda announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristy Marie Ford, to Steven John Subik Jr., the son of Steven Sr. and Deborah Subik of Johnstown.
Ford is a graduate of Fonda-Fultonville Central School and she received a master's degree in elementary education from The College of St. Rose, Albany. She is employed as a fifth-grade teacher at St. Pius X Catholic School in Loudonville, Albany County.
Subik graduated from Johnstown High School and studied fisheries and wildlife at the State University of New York at Cobleskill College, Schoharie County. He is employed as a technician at Culligan of Mohawk Valley, Fultonville.
