LITTLE FALLS - Kristen Lansburg had nine aces, six digs and six kills to lead the St. Johnsville/Oppenheim-Ephratah volleyball team to a 3-0 win over Little Falls on Saturday.
St. Johns-ville/Oppenheim-Ephratah won by scores of 25-21, 25-22 and 25-23.
Ashleigh Copeland had five kills and four digs for St. Johnsville/Oppenheim-Ephratah (7-2 overall, 3-1 CSC), while Ashley Hill had 16 assists and four digs.
Leann Knapp finished with two aces, two digs and two kills for St. Johnsville/Oppenheim-Ephratah.
Kaleigh Warn had six aces and five kills to lead Little Falls (4-6 overall, 2-2 CSC), while Sarah Piana had four digs and three kills.
Miranda Salamone finished with eight assists for the Mounties and Tess Krowicki added four kills.
Adirondack 3, Dolgeville 2
BOONVILLE - The Dolgeville volleyball team lost its first match of the season, dropping a 3-2 decision to Adirondack on Friday.
Adirondack lost the first and third games by scores of 25-23 and 25-11, respectively. The Wildcats won the second game 25-17 along with the fourth and fifth games by scores of 25-21 and 25-15, respectively.
Katarina Candee had 21 kills, 17 digs and two blocks for Adirondack (7-2 overall, 4-1 CSC), while Nicole Latvia posted 17 assists, four aces and two digs. Elizabeth Reigler finished with 13 aces, three digs and two blocks for the Wildcats, while Kaylee Gydesen posted 10 assists and four aces.
Lora Allen had 19 digs, 14 assists, 13 kills and seven aces for Dolgeville (8-1 overall, 4-0 CSC), while Ashley Mettler posted 15 assists, 14 digs, eight kills and two aces.
Emily Young had 13 digs for the Blue Devils, Mikey Rubas posted five kills, four blocks and four digs, and Charli-Rose Seeley finished with 10 digs, four aces and two kills.
