Vickie Lee Klingbeil, the daughter of Edna Klingbeil and the late Donald Klingbeil of Johnstown, was united in marriage to Terrence Westgate Jr., the son of Terrence Westgate Sr. of Plymouth, Mass. and Virginia Bates of Sagamore, Mass., at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 15, 2011.
The ceremony took place at the Perthshire.
The bride was escorted by her son, Raymond Nellis IV of Johnstown.
