Amy Capparello, the daughter of Patricia and Emilio Capparello Jr. of Gloversville, was united in marriage to York Langley, the son of Valerie Fletcher of Schenectady, at 3 p.m. July 30.

The ceremony took place at the Fulmont Community Church, Johnstown. The Rev. Philip Carey officiated.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The matron of honor was Deanna Hayes of Johnstown, sister of the bride. The maid of honor was Michaela Walter of Northville. The bridal attendants were Gabby Langley, daughter, and Niki Thompson, both of Gloversville; Ashley Hayes, niece of the bride, and Tina McVean, cousin of the bride, both of Johnstown; Jenna Capparello, niece of the bride, and Kathy Capparello, both of Palm Coast, Fla. The flower girl was Shirley Shoop of Gloversville, grandmother.

The best man was Michael Langley of Schenectady, brother of the bridegroom. The groomsmen were Ron Capparello of Palm Coast, Fla. brother of the bride; Terry Fletcher of Georgia, brother of the bridegroom; Jason Thompson of Gloversville; Victor Peterson of Glenville; David Fletcher and Kendall Barnes, brothers of the bridegroom and Wayne Samuels, all of Schenectady.

A reception for 150 guests took place at Vincena's Banquet House, Gloversville.

The couple resides in Gloversville.

The bride is a 1994 graduate of Gloversville High School and is a residence manager at Lexington Center.

The bridegroom works in delivery for Ruby & Quiri.
