GLOVERSVILLE - The Ida L. McGinnis Club met Tuesday, with 31 people in attendance. Doris Dingman played the opening hymn. Arla Fonda led in "The Lord's Prayer."
Fonda opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and in singing "America."
The reports of the secretary and treasurer were accepted as read.
There were discussions about future fundraisers and trips to The Beeches and Proctors Theatre in the spring.
Dingman played some Christmas carols and the members sang the carols.
The 50-50 were won by Connie Simonds, Carol Lowrey and Claire Myzal
The meeting was adjoured and the refreshments were served. Dorothy Roy called bingo.
The next meeting will be Tuesday. The November and December birthdays will be observed.
On Jan. 3, there will be a catered New Year's luncheon.
