Leigha Hillmann, the daughter of Patricia and Mark Hallenbeck of Gloversville, was united in marriage to Jeremy Rue, the son of Connie Rue and the late Rick Rue of Altamont, on Oct. 8.

The ceremony took place at the Riverstone Manor, Scotia. The Rev. Larry Deyss officiated.

The bride was escorted by Mark Hallenbeck and Robert Hillmann.

The maid of honor was Rachael Hillmann of Nevada, sister of the bride. The bridal attendants were Kathy Rue, sister of the bridegroom, and Danielle Crosier, both of Albany, and Casey Zega of Florida.

The best man was Justin Crosier of Albany. The groomsmen were Donald Hillman of Scotia and Jason Hillmann of Florida, brothers of the bride; and Robert Rue of Knox, uncle of the bridegroom.

A reception for 100 guests took place at the Riverstone Manor following the ceremony.

A wedding trip to Alaska will take place in July 2012. The couple resides in Albany.
