Craig Freis of Amsterdam and Vicki Weinman of Albany announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Freis, to Anthony Mucilli, the son of Michael and Lori Mucilli of Perth.
Freis is a 2002 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School, a 2006 graduate of Elmira College, Chemung County, with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and psychology, and a 2009 graduate of the University at Albany with a master's degree in educational psychology and a specialist degree in school psychology. She is employed as a school psychologist for the Greater Johnstown School District.
Mucilli is a 2002 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School, a 2006 graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Livingston County, with a bachelor's degree in history, and a 2011 graduate of the University at Albany with a master's degree in educational theory. He is employed as a social studies teacher in the Broadalbin-Perth Central School District.
