Courtney Raynor, the daughter of Thomas and Lori Raynor of Johnstown, was united in marriage to Willis Wood, the son of William Wood of Gloversville and Barbara Perron of Johnstown, at 3 p.m. July 9.

The ceremony took place at the Johnstown Moose. Deborah Finkle officiated.

The maid of honor was Jennifer Walrath of Little Falls, Herikimer County. The bridal attendants were Erica Joseph of Johnstown and Jessica Wood of Washington, D.C.

The best man was Matthew Wood of Johnstown. The groomsmen were Eric Martin of Mayfield and Thomas Raynor Jr. of Johnstown.

A reception for 130 guests immediately followed the ceremony at the Moose. A wedding trip took place in Niagara Falls and a 2012 cruise is also planned.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Johnstown High School and a 2007 graduate of the College of Saint Rose. She is employed as a reading teacher at Kingsborough Elementary School, Gloversville.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Mayfield High School. He is employed at the Fulton County Sherriff's Department as a correctional officer.
