Eugene and Rachel Frasier of Gloversville are the parents of a boy, Ian Nicholas Frasier, born at 1:07 a.m. Oct. 5, at St. Mary's Hospital, weighing 7 pounds 7 1/2 ounces and measuring 21 inches long. Ian joins a brother, Landon Frasier.
The maternal grandparents are Debbie Welch of Wells and Wayne Kemmet of Colonia, N.J.
The paternal grandmother is the late Evelyn Frasier of Mayfield.
