Ivan and Tobi Parra of Gansevoort, Saratoga County, are the parents of a girl, Emma Jennie Parra, born at 7:40 a.m. Sept. 8, at Saratoga Hospital, weighing 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. She joins a brother, Nolan Robert Parra.
The maternal grandparents are Robert and Janice Baumgaertel of Gloversville.
The paternal grandparents are Ernesto and Gloria Parra of Acworth, Ga.
