GLOVERSVILLE - The Ida L. McGinnis Club met Tuesday with 34 people in attendance.
Doris Dingman played a hymn. Angie Ruggeri led in the devotions and in "The Lord's Prayer."
Arla Fonda, president, opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and singing of "America." The secretary's report was accepted as read.

Future fundraisers were discussed, including a bingo party, a Christmas shopping trip and a 80-plus luncheon.
On Nov. 29, there will be a trip to The Beeches, Rome, Oneida County, for a Christmas show.
Dingman spoke about two upcoming programs - a country show at the Mayfield Elementary School on Oct. 15, and the Betty Green Chorus at the Foothills United Methodist Church hall on Oct. 23.
At the next meeting Tuesday, Keith Shoemaker will speak on Helping Hands.
Prizes were won by June Parker, Mary Sanges, and Audrey Flint, the 50-50.
