Waldo and Marguerite (Heath) Burlingame of Gloversville celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary by taking a seven-day cruise on a Carnival Cruiseline ship, which left from San Juan, Puerto Rico and visited five other islands.
The couple married July 27, 1946, at the Northville United Methodist Church. The Rev. Charles Swartz officiated. The attendants were Roy and Rita Burlingame.
They have: one son, Dick Burlingame and wife, Sylvia, in Boise, Idaho; a daughter, Cheryl and husband, Ray Oberhoff, of Needville, Texas; five grandchildren, Rick Burlingame and wife, Laura, Kim Burlingame, Dani Tillery and husband, Jerry, Dale Oberhoff and wife, Jackie and Dena Dick and husband, David; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
