Vito and Mary Tambasco of Amsterdam were the guests of honor at their surprise 50th wedding anniversary party put on by their children May 7 at the Amsterdam Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse. More than 60 family and friends attended the event.
The couple married May 7, 1961.
