NORTHVILLE - On Thursday at 12:30 p.m., the Red Rooster program will feature Laura Ginter, who will provide a demonstration on basket weaving.

The program follows the Fulton?County Office for Aging weekly congregate meal, which is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Red?Rooster Cafe, at the corner of Bridge and Main?streets.

Individuals can attend Red Rooster Programs without attending the meal or bring a bag lunch. The programs are each Thursday at the Red Rooster Cafe.

People who want the meal can call OFA at 736-5650 to make lunch reservations. If unable to attend the luncheon, call OFA to cancel the meal. If the OFA meal site is closed, there will be no program at the Red Rooster Cafe.

In addition to the program each Thursday, a senior stretch class, taught by Ony Antonucci, will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The cost is $5 per week or six sessions for $25. Interested persons can join at any time.

Also, T'ai Chi Chih classes, instructed by Judy Mirczak, are conducted each Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Red Rooster Cafe location. There is a $5 donation per session. To register, call Mirczak at 696-7022.

A swap table is available at the Red Rooster Cafe each week. Bring a used book, magazine, or puzzle to swap with others.
