Alyssa Nicole Booth is the daughter of Donald and Lynsay Booth Jr. of Mount Juliet, Tenn.
She was born at 3:53 p.m. Dec. 16, 2010, at Summit Hospital, Hermitage, Tenn., weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce and measuring 20 1/2 inches long. She has a sister, Danielle Booth; and four brothers, Beau, Tommy, Cole and Bryce Booth.
The maternal grandparents are Jason and Pam Kinnard of Mount Juliet.
