Lori Raynor of Gloverville and Thomas Raynor of Fonda announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Raynor, to Willis Wood, the son of William Wood of Gloversville and Barbara Perron of Johnstown.
Raynor, who is a 2003 graduate of Johnstown High School, received a bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2007 and a master's degree in literacy in 2008, both from The College of St. Rose. She is employed as a reading teacher at the Kingsborough Elementary School, Gloversville.
Wood is a 1999 graduate of Mayfield High School. He is employed at the Fulton County Sheriff's Department as a correctional officer.
