Jessica Dee Derwin, the daughter of Timothy and Melissa Derwin of Johnstown, was united in marriage to William James Stock, the son of Ronald and Susan Stock of Fonda, at 4 p.m. Jan. 1.
The ceremony took place at St. John's Episcopal Church, Johnstown. The Rev. Laurie Garramone-Rohr officiated.
The bride was escorted by her father.

The maids of honor were Rachel and Gretchen Derwin of Johnstown, sisters of the bride. The bridal attendants were Sarah Higgins of Johnstown, Kathryn Grow of Buffalo, and Amanda Sachs of Rochester. The flower girl was Ivy Derwin of Broadalbin, cousin of the bride.
The best men were James Guzielek of Rochester and Adam Lambscher of Cazenovia, Madison County. The ushers were Jeremy Stock, brother of the bridegroom, John Valovic and Ryan Rogers, all of Johnstown. The ringbear was Gabriel Stock, nephew of the bridegroom, who was escorted by his father, Michael Stock, brother of the bridegroom.
A reception for 170 guests took place at the Franklin Plaza Ballroom.
A wedding trip took place in Lake Placid, Essex County. The couple resides in Rochester.
The bride is: a 2004 graduate of Johnstown High School; a 2008 graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo, Livingston County; and a 2010 graduate of St. John Fisher College, Rochester. She is a social studies teacher at Geneseo High School.
The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Johnstown High School; a 2004 graduate of Cazenovia College; and a 2007 graduate of SUNY Morrisville, Madison County. He is a project manager at Corrosion Products and Equipment.
