Jacque A. Mosher II of St. Johnsville and Vitina M. Ruffino of Walton, Delaware County, announce their engagement.
Mosher, the son of Jacque and Dorothy Mosher Sr. of St. Johnsville, graduated from St. Johnsville High School and received a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Utica College, Oneida County, and a master's degree in education from Walden University. He is employed by the St. Johnsville School District as a high school science teacher.
Ruffino, the daughter of Alfonso and Patricia Ruffino of Nalcrest, Fla., is: a graduate of Plattsburgh High School, Clinton County; received a bachelor's degree in nursing and a minor in psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a master's degree in family nursing with certification as a family nurse practitioner from SUNY at Binghamton, Broome County. She is employed by Dr. Eric Dohner as a family nurse practitioner.
A wedding is planned for Aug. 27.
