Jessi Mayer, the daughter of John and Bernadettte Mayer of Jupiter, Fla., was united in marriage to Paul Generoso, the son of Vincent and Matilda Generoso of Gloversville, on July 3, 2010.

The ceremony took place at St. Charles Barromeo Catholic Church, Orlando, Fla. Parochial Vicar, the Rev. Alvaro Jiminez officiated.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Kristine Floyd of Orlando, Fla. The bridal attendants were: Shana Woessner of West Palm Beach, Fla., Nicole Willard of Austin, Texas, Angela Gochee of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; Emily Long of Orlando and Kathy Schiefer of Hanover, Pa., cousins of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Maia Generoso of Gansevoort, Saratoga County, niece of the bridegroom. The flower girl was Kailey Willard of Austin.

The best man was Tom Oliva of Orlando. The groomsmen were: Jay Gaiser, Chris Meyer and Glenn Panek, all of Orlando; Adam Towne of Gloversville, and Justin Hunkin of Spanaway, Wash. The ringbearer was Nicholas Generoso of Gansevoort, nephew of the bridegroom.

A reception for 150 guests took place at Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club in Celebration, Fla.

A wedding trip took place in Europe with visits to Spain and a cruise throughout the Mediterranean. The couple resides in Fayetteville, N.C.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of William T. Dwyer High School, West Palm Beach. She is employed in the hospitality industry.

The bridegroom, who is a 1994 graduate of Gloversville High School, serves in the Army and is stationed in Fayetteville.
