Winter weather alters local slate

Tuesday's winter weather wiped out the area sports schedule.

The Johnstown at Gloversville girls basketball game was moved to today at 6 p.m. at Gloversville Middle School.

The Scotia-Glenville at Broadalbin-Perth boys basketball game was moved to today. The varsity game is scheduled for 7 p.m.

The Schenectady Christian at Canajoharie boys basketball game was moved to today. The junior varsity game will begin at 6 p.m. followed by the varsity game at 7:30 p.m.

The Galway at Mayfield boys basketball team was moved to today. The junior varsity game will begin at 6 p.m. followed by the varsity game at 7:30 p.m.

The Lansingburgh at Fonda-Fultonville boys basketball game was moved to today with the j.v. game beginning at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity at 7 p.m.

The FFCS at Lansingburgh girls basketball game was moved to today. The junior varsity game will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by the varsity game at 7 p.m.

The LaSalle at Amsterdam boys baskeball game was moved to today with the varsity game slated for 7:30 p.m.

The Fort Plain at Northville and Brookfield at St. Johnsville/Oppenheim-Ephratah boys basketball games were moved to today at 7:30 p.m.

The Wells boys basketball game at Johnsburg was moved to Feb. 3 at 6:30 p.m.

The Hudson Falls at Johnstown bowling match was moved to today at Perry Lanes at 4:15 p.m.

The Fulton-Montgomery Community College women's basketball team had its home game with Clinton Community College moved to Thursday at 5 p.m.

The Dolgeville at Clinton volleyball and Broadalbin-Perth at Gloversville bowling matches were postponed with no make-up date announced.

The Broadalbin-Perth at Scotia-Glenville girls basketball game also was postponed with no make-up date announced.
