David and Jane Pennacchia of Wakefield, Mass., are the parents of a girl, Kate Lothian Pennacchia, born Nov. 16, 2010, in Winchester Mass., weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. Kate joins a brother, Jack Pennacchia.
The grandparents are Judith Lothian Sweet-Ruzicka of Ballston Lake, Saratoga County, formerly of Broadalbin and Tina and Paolo Pennacchia of East Hampton, Suffolk County. The great-grandmother is Barbara Sweet of Ballston Lake.
