Holly Butler, the daughter of Karen and John Butler of Johnstown and Richard and Virgina Holden of Fonda, was united in marriage to David M. Roberts, the son of Linda Roberts of Albany and Dennis Roberts of Viera, Fla., on Oct. 10, 2009.

The ceremony took place at Historic St. Mary's Catholic Church, Albany. The Rev. Lloyd Reberyo officiated.

The bride was escorted by her stepfather.

The matron of honor was Adrienne Dietrich of Lowville, Lewis County. The bridal attendants were Elizabeth Garcia of New Market, Va. and Tonya Moore of Mayfield.

The best man was Bob Cozzy of Cohoes. The ushers were Jim Cozzy of Rotterdam, Doug Haskins of Troy, Donald Barber of Colonie and Anthony Scott of Ravena.

The flower girl and niece of the bride, Adriana Butler of Tribes Hill, and Loreal Lavigna of Schenectady both performed a song for the couple.

A reception for 130 guests took place at The Best Western Sovereign Hotel, Albany.

A wedding trip was to Disneyland, Calif., and "The Price is Right" game show in Hollywood. The couple resides in Albany.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Johnstown High School and a 2003 graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Clinton County, and a 2008 graduate of The College of St. Rose.

The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of Albany High School and a 1997 graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy.
