Lisa Brownell, the daughter of Jack Brownell and Dena Schoolcraft of Broadalbin, was united in marriage to Stephen Terplak III, the son of Stephen and Yvette Terplak of Altamont, Albany County, at 3:30 p.m. July 24.

The ceremony took place at Orchard Creek Golf Club, Altamont.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The matron of honor was Jamie Levandusky, sister of the bride, of Ballston Spa. The maid of honor was Jennifer Terplak, sister of the bridegroom, of Albany.

The best man was Matt Zinski of Buffalo. The groomsman was Stephen Levandusky of Ballston Spa.

A reception for 150 guests took place at the Orchard Creek Golf Club.

A wedding trip was to Hawaii. The couple resides in Delanson, Schenectady County.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School and a 2006 graduate of the College of St. Rose. She is a therapist at The Family Counseling Center.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Guilderland High School and a 2004 graduate of Roger Williams University. He is a teacher at Gloversville High School.
