NORTHVILLE - On Nov. 11 at 12:30 p.m. Peg Schutze, president of Sacandaga Task Force for Senior Living will present a brief update on Task Force activities and achievements.
The program is sponsored by The Sacandaga Task Force for Senior Living and follows the weekly congregate meal which will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
In place of the Office for the Aging congregate meal, the group will honoring veterans with a community Veteran's Day pot luck luncheon. Bring a favorite dish to pass or bring rolls, cookies, or something from the deli. Tableware and beverages will be provided.
Those interested in participating in a senior stretch class with instructor Ony Antonucci can attend the sessions from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at a cost of $5 per session or $25 for six sessions. Attendees can come every week or as they can. They will pay only for the weeks they attend. Attendees can attend Red Rooster Cafe Programs without attending the meal, come for the program, bring a bag lunch to join the lunch or attend the meal only.
A swap table is available at the Red Rooster Cafe each week. Bring a used book, magazine, or puzzle to swap with others.
